More Specific Problem

I can't get the libEQ.a file from the site there and I don't know how to get GCC G++ 3.0. I appologize for not being specific before. Please help...

You can find GCC3/G++ listed here: http://at.rpmfind.net/opsys/linux/RPM/Mandrake_Linux.html

The site listed in the doc for libEQ.a works. I just tried it.

I've been searching and reading many posts, and I found out about the tab key. I typed in gcc and it listed gcc gcc-2.96 gcc-3.0.1 gcc3-version gccmakedep. Then I tried g++ and i only got g++ and g++-2.96. I have found nothing about this in other posts.
