If I use the command:
/usr/sbin/esdplay /usr/share/sounds/Danger.wav &
...and the Danger.wav file is in that directory ... and I don't get an error...
Should I be hearing something from my speakers? Or is there a better way to test audio output? -OR- do .wav files not work?
I think my sound card bit it... Just looking for confirmation before swapping out cards...
