I LOVE the alt-1,2,3 for changing map filtering. It's great in places with multiple levels. The problem is I can do an alt-3, then I have to change focus, hit the menu (not easy on my laptop) and turn on mob depth filtering. Can we get something like alt-4 or something close for mob depth filtering hotkeyed?

Once upon a time:
Alt-1 = Spawn Depth Filter
Alt-2 = Map Depth Filter
Alt-5 = Follow Spawn ( toggle spawn/you )
It was a simple as Alt 1/2 to change filters out.
Then Alt-5 to switch back and forth of "follow".
It changed, however, in the new interface changes and updates.
I would love to see these or similar "one hand" capable hot keys added in the future, since these are the ones I use the most.
( There's a map one, I think, but no spawn or follow one )

Nobody, I've included a Spawn Depth Filtering accelerator in my next CVS commit (Alt+5, Alt+4 happens to be taken by many window managers).
guice, the view follow/lock toggle is and has been Ctrl+0, also most panning can be handled by Ctrl and various of the numeric keys (Ctrl+5 centers, Ctrl+7 pans up/left, etc.). See the CHANGES entry from 30/12/01.
Enjoy,
