Ok, I have searched and searched for an up dated version of SEQ. I have my Linux box all set up for a nice new version and well I can't find anything but version 2.3, Need some direction on where to obtain version 3 - 4. Plz noflaming, I have searched for weeks, to no avail.

Ah your problem is you've been searching in the wrong place. I bet they look at you strange when you ask about SEQ at the local fruit and veg shop.
