Exp calculator

Is there a fix for the exp calculator giving negative exp, then 0 exp , then like a 258,000 exp for thing of diffrent lvl. thanks

Phew, I really needed a Jeeves post about now. Work is lame, these boards have been dead, no new /gu comic (http://gucomics.keenspace.com) on Thursdays, my guild site is down, M-B (http://www.monkly-business.com) and Safehouse (http://www.thesafehouse.org) are the same 10 posts over and over, and for some reason there is no new Onion (http://www.theonion.com) this week. There is no "fix" because it isn't broken. It is the best it can possibly be until they start requiring "Zaphod's Magic Crystal of Psychic Packet Sniffing" that can predict the actual exp numbers without them ever being sent to the client.

The numbers you see in the exp window are the best they are going to get, and are pretty helpful. (I'm the only one of my friends that can say, come on man, just pull those two, and I KNOW I'll ding.)

I don't even bother with the window anymore. I just have it display my EXP in the status bar. It shows you the raw number as well as the n/330 number... That works just fine for me ;)

hmmm I think its working I monitor a 35 to 36 ding and even tho sometimes it doesnt show gained exp then sometimes it shows alot it was acurate on the time to level and the # of mobs to level. I think they are saving some server side stuff then sending out exp packets later on when you kill another. oh well fun fun

No, that isnt what is happening at all.. If you bothered to read the link I posted above, it explains, in gory details what is happening...

If I get that weird shit on there, I just clear the kills list. The program will then calculate again, after about 3 kills.

I am noticing something peculiar with the exp in Katta. I normally go there for solo exp grinds, as that is by far the best solo exp i have found. Now when i kill a lvl 46 mobs, the base exp show around 153,000 and the total exp around 256,000. When I kill a lvl 42 mob the base exp is 137,000 but the total is around 256,000 the same as the lvl 46 mob. Katta is a city zone. Am i really getting the same end exp for both lvl mobs?
