OT: NTFS Partition Manipulator

Pardon the OT post. I'm looking for a partition manipulator that will do NTFS that's available for download and at a reasonable price. All I can find so far is Partition Magic. The goal is to set up a machine with XP to dual boot without having to wipe and start over.

Well... I used a spectacular new tool called a "search engine" with the magic keyphrase of "NTFS Partition Resize" and got the following:
