Well i'm planning on getting my linux box up tonight, the current set up for my hub is as follows

First please tell me if that will work for a hub setup i'm pretty sure I can do whatever needs to be done.

Okay second i'm going to be running off a clean install of Linux Mandrake 8.1 i'll be using the instructions from this link, are these out of date and do they still apply?

well, three posts down is a post from someone who got it working (most likely with that how-to). Also, read the mainpage again, there is a FAQ. Read it before posting any questions :)
