X-WIndows Client for Win32 OS

Can anyone recommend a good/relatively easy X-WIndows client that can be used to run a remote window on a Win32 box to my Linux box?

I'm not a Linux master by any stretch of the imagination, so I would prefer one that leaned towards ease of setup versus robust features.

I don't know of any Xwindows clients for Windows, but there are a few Xwindows servers for Windows.

Exceed from Hummingbird and Xwin32 are two that I can think of, but I don't think they are cheap ($1000 or so for Exceed).

You could also try VNC.

there's one called ReflectionX also, I recommend it over eXceed.

I use VNC ... works fine - but i dont have figured out how to put it up as a deamon ... dont know if its possible :)

superX is a decent X Server.

Check out Cygwin, the BASH shell for Windows. Part of the setup lets you install an X server. Fire up the ol' cygwin shell after setup, and type "startx" then in the X Server that starts up, it gives you several command line windows. Any one of them can be used to ssh -l root -c showeq hostname, and as long as locally and remotely you have enabled X Windows forwarding, you'll be able to tunnel it over SSH, which is particularly nice since you'll have your forwarded ShowEQ session encrypted.:)
