Plane of Hate Settings

What are the best settings for the Plane of Hate in order to view the floors per what level you're on, etc... (ie, Kedge Keep settings)

I use 550 for head and foot but that's not perfect. It does give you all first floor mobs and no second floor mobs/map while on the first floor. Some adjustments to foot are in order when you move to the second floor but I don't remember them off the top of my head.
