EQ in WineX and SEQ?

I previously posted another thread, asking if it were possible to run EQ and SEQ on the same computer.

Some said it wasn't possible, but now it is, according to the makers of WineX.

Now here comes my question, which I asked in the previous thread I made:

Is it possible to run SEQ on the same linux box as EQ (in WineX)? Would I need additional hardware (a second NIC)?
