I don't know if it's just me, but mine is not decoding since this patch.. anyone else having similiar problems?

Nope - it's broken again - have maps and my location but no spawn decode is occuring. /sigh

Same here.
Had ShowEQ 4.3.0 with new libEQ working up as of 0100 Oct 31, 2002.
Back to grey mobs after 10/31/02 patch

Correct me if I'm wrong. If they change encryption, they also have to patch the client. I don't see them doing that on a regular basis, because people will start complaining about the frequent patches. Also it would not leave the best impression on the rest of the world if you had to patch the same file over and over again, just to make life a bit tougher for a few people.

True, but if they change the encryption to the point where it is no longer feasible to brute force it, SEQ is broke...
The something major ("creative") has happened to the encryption scheme. See the Poll at the top of this forum...
