Over in the sniffer board everyone is using MSVC 6++ for compiling. I have searched the web looking and haven't found where I can buy this version. Over on Microsoft the seem to only offer the .NET version. Thanks

Visual Studio 6 has been discontinued (just like trying to go buy a copy of Office 2000 now, its an old version).. There are some copies for sale on Ebay, however.

6.0 is the older version.
Your best bet is to get it from ebay. It will be a lot cheaper there than most places.
You can also get it from one of these sites

or you can go to a computer show and get a student edition for about $50. You might also be able to find it on the net.

I can find copies at stores that take in old software and books for trade (like Bookman's, Half-Price Books, etc...)
