parsing spells_XX.txt

Since i have no write access to the soap box i post it here... :)

Did someone know a tool to parse spells_XX.txt like the good old eqcaster.exe is parsing spells_en.txt?

I ask because eqcaster.exe isn't able to parse the file from the new localized (german, frensh) servers.

Good old lucy is only parsing the SoE version, i talk about the localized versions. :)
