Please help

I have installed RH 7.2, completed Zaphod tweaks all ok. problem i have is i cannot get RH to connect to the net. cant get modem installed and basically having hell after 6 hours of trying to get it sorted.

Is there any way that I can get the showeq files through windows ftp or something, or can someone help with the modem?
