Problem: SEQ does not decode the packet information with latest CVS tree.
I have QT 3.1.1 compiled on RH 7.2 and gcc3 and g++3 compiled. SEQ was working before the patches after mid Jan.
I did noticed some a warning during compiled referencing the packet.cpp and line 1805 regarding time of day. Warning refered to always yielding true due to the data type. Another hint is on the showeq console during runtime is
EQPacket::dispatchZoneData():CharProfileCode:Not Decoded
which explains showeq not decoding but not why.
I have both maggotboy's and keyring packet sniffers compiled and tested and using the latest offset.

I looked down a few posts and I found my answer.
God damn DHCP renews. Corrected the IP in the sniffer and bingo.
