Myseq detectable if running on another box?

I have an extra computer that is a dual boot that I use for linux also. And was curious if I use Myseq on it and had it use my ip for my main comp(EQ comp) would there be any way at all of it being detectable or would it be the exact same as if I would run it on my main computer?

You ll have to run the server on your EQ-PC => theoretical detectable =)
