Squiffy

Is there any method of downloading the compiled server 1.9? The links on the Announcements thread are File Not Found, and SourceForge only has old post-compiled and new pre-compile.
I lack the bandwidth or money to get my hands on any .net compiler.
I miss using SEQ, but I can't spend 30 hours of my time downloading the ISOs again (stupid roomy used my RH discs as frisbees, figuring they were junk)
Also, I'm getting the much-hated red dot thing. I'm using server 1.8 and client 1.10 at the moment, with the 6/11 offsets. Will the new server and client fix the issue or should I look elsewhere?
My 2 Win XP boxes talk fine to each other. Pings work, and the client connects to the server just spiffy. Using a LinkSys router.
