You can get one from maps.eq-toolbox.com and then use the converter to port it over to seq format.

For those who've been waiting for somebody else to do it (my laziness factor is only minutely smaller than my "patience waiting for somebody else to do it" factor! :p), attached is a working Chardokb.map Many thanks to Mapfiend, KaL, et al on the SOE<->SEQ Converter thread.
