Where to find GCC 3.X.X Sources?

Can anyone tell me where to find the sources for GCC 3.x.x? Not source RPMs or packages (not installing on a RedHat machine) unless they're FreeBSD packages (then I'll kiss you).

Looked a bit on the GNU page, but didn't seem to find them.. Could have been looking in the wrong spot.
