Instructions?

Are there written instructions for using MySEQ? For example, I'd like to filter out certain mobs that are common so that I only see the rares. I see their's a filters.conf but it's storing the names of rare mobs and the alerts I've added.

I did look through the FAQ and do a search for instructions but didn't see them. If someone could post a link to the file I'd appreciate it.
