This patch fixes the class display in the spawnlist (due
to SOE adding a new class?)
Reformats the classes.h file to be a little more readable
as well as updated.
A slight modification in spawn.cpp that displays the class
ID# if the entry in the struct is NULL (helps a lot more
finding the class name than class being blank) ;)
