Noticed that the x and y pan tools at the bottom of the map are not working and the y is there, but not the adjustment tool. The FPS window seems rather large.. maybe using too much room :P
Ok, what it is, is the Control Windows are too large to start. If you have Windows Docked to teh Left of the map, you cannot see the right most control window.
Possibly it's just that the Frame Rate Window needs to me made smaller?
Just for Grin, I downloaded the Linux Version from Fedora and all of the Panning Tools are where they are supposed to be. The one before was a Stock RH9 installation. with Auto Updates.
Anyway... I'll test it more tomorrow and see how it runs.
