okay here is my problem... i cant get ANY thing to work, cant connetc to server and im not even sure i did it right can ya please make some kind of step to step for n00bs :( and btw dose it have to be on a linux server?

A) There are many documents that spell out in great detail how to make this software work.

B) The guiding vision of the project is not to enable n00bs (as you so aptly put it) to make bigger asses of themselves than they already do.

C) If you promise to learn to spell some common English words correctly ("does" and "connect" come to mind) perhaps we will tell you where you can find a windows version.

The use of the word "server" make me think he is actually looking for MySEQ (http://seq.sourceforge.net/forums/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=60) and their Help Desk (http://seq.sourceforge.net/forums/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=64).

But I could be wrong, as he did not give a very good explination of what he was actually trying to do, a description of his network configuration, the version of the software he is trying to run, the distrobution of linux he is running it on, or if he is getting any sorts of error messages that might help to support him better.
