Is there any way to convert the 'itemdata.dbm' file to txt?

I'd like to insert it into a SQL database but after searching the net I have found no way to do so.

Anyone know?

compile the database dump utility. Search the old SF forums for the instructions, don't remember off the top of my head right now.
