Disable combat window ?

I run seq on a very old computer, it works fine but after some fights (30 40) seq start to freeze and I have to open the combat window and Clear mobs stats for seq to run fine again.

I use seq for the map and his tracking. I was wondering if it was possible to build a light seq with only these feature enabled ? I searched in the documentation and the message board, couldn't find anything. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
