No connectivity...

This topic has been beat to death I'm sure but I have another question, i've done all of the stuff posted previously (tried enabilng and disabling firewall) tried checking on the port ect ect and I'm still getting the "actively refused it error" Any more suggestions would be great, thanks ;o)
