Firewall....

Hey ive got a quick question. I'm currently at a university so who knows what sort of crap im behind in terms of a firewall and what not, now is CVS really that messed up or is it a possiblilty that it could be the U. Ive read through just about everything that has to do with this problem, and nothing has helped it. Maybe i just need to keep clickin' up enter enter up enter enter. Thank you =)

It's very possible that CVS's port is blocked by the firewall. You could get one of the tarballs instead and just install it that way. Seq hasn't had any changes in CVS for a while, so the tarballs should be up to date. There is a link on the front page to the file area.

If you're lazy, it's here (http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=10131). If you're new I recommend 4.3.19. If you're adventerous, try the beta. The beta is pretty solid right now except a few issues with the map window positioning.
