5 Beta Window Docking

Can anyone explain to me how window docking and moving works in version 5? I've tried dragging windows around, and the other windows appear to rearrange themselves in ways I can't understand. Can someone describe how this works in detail? I know that some windows have a double line edge boundry that you can "grab", and in other places there is a single line. I haven't been able to figure out what the difference is between the two, as I can't relate the behavior of the windows to what I'm doing when I try to drag them. After dragging things around I have to shut down SEQ and restart it to get the windows back to normal.
