What distribution are you using?

Redhat (http://fr2.rpmfind.net/linux/rpm2html/search.php?query=qt+3.1&submit=Search+...&system=redhat&arch=i386)?

You could also go to the makers of qt (http://www.trolltech.com) and get the source yourself.
