Just put up:
mapfiend-maps_20040923-1_all.deb
Add the following to your /etc/apt/sources.list
deb ftp://ftp.real-time.com/linux/real-time unstable custom
deb-src ftp://ftp.real-time.com/linux/real-time unstable custom
Minimal Installation:
% sudo apt-get update
% sudo apt-get install mapfiend-maps
NOTE it -will- replace the official showeq-maps if you have them installed!
