Just noticed something during configure

Everything else ran fine and didnt notice any other errors.

Anything to worry about ? or worth installing dot ? ( whatever it is )

Unless you care about the html version of the APIs of showeq, you can ignore that warning.

The dot program is a program to generating graphs within the documentation.
