Depth Filters in 5.1.0.0

When I select Map Line Display -> Depth Filtered, I only see the first level, no matter what level I was really on.

Verified this in Befallen.

Some maps don't have very good z-axis quality.

some don't have any z-axis data at all... Others have an amplified Z relative to the server, etc...
