There is a new server available on SourceForge. Follow the link below in my signature to see it.
You can read the release notes for more details on what changed.
-Server overhauled and rewritten mostly in C++
-Debug mode overhauled. Now it is a command line interface. Read comments inside the INI file for details.
-INI setting changes no longer require server restart. Just reconnect.
-Release notes added
The v1.19.0 server will work with clients v1.17.0, v1.18.x and v1.19.0.
