Announcing the release of ShowEQ 5.5, which is compatible with live servers as of 6/13. This release cleans up more of the opcodes so most of the rest of seq should be working again. The only outstanding problems are about a dozen fields in spawnStruct, most of which aren't used for anything. For the most part, you'll find this version works as well as 5.4 did.
Changelog:
purple (6/17/06)
----------------
+ Updated version to 5.5
+ Updated most of the rest of the opcodes
+ Updated a little more of spawnStruct
Fetch the new release from the files section of sourceforge (http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=10131&package_id=13256&release_id=425610). If you'd like to see if the new sourceforge CVS anon mirror actually works better, try it in an hour. Who knows! Just be sure to use the new CVSROOT.
To install:
$ tar xjvf showeq-5.5.0.0.tar.bz2
$ cd showeq-5.5.0.0
$ ./configure
$ make
$ make install
If you have problems with ./configure, try:
$ LIBC=gnu ./configure
If you usually use a package for your distribution, I'm sure they will be along shortly, so keep your pants on.
