I'm new to this and havn't really played around with that many codes. Eq has just gotten boring and tedious after 6 years so figured Id resort to a new viewpoint. Im not very experianced with programs like these and I dont really have the time atm to learn how to write anything. So is there something that can be downloaded and some already written codes/commands that I can use in game? Thanks!

ShowEQ is totally passive. There are no commands to use in game. You're looking for something else. And if you post something like this over there, you're going to get toasted.

Actually there is a hack code you can type in EQ. It will give you bard speed. It is /quick or /q for short. Try it some time. Only use it when there are no GMs around or it may get you banned. April Fools.

Anyway SEQ is passive, it runs on a separate linux machine. All it will do is to display a map, allow you to see what mobs are in the zone and can alert you to certain mobs.
