Other forums said there are structure changes. But they're already fixed so I expect someone with a clue will figure out whats changed for seq pretty quickly.

It doesn't. Those are memory offsets for actively scanning the EQ client. ShowEQ is a passive network sniffer and uses totally different mechanics for monitoring the EQ client.
