i ran show seq since it was released when i played everquest . and now im playing lotro any possibility , this can be intergrated for that game as well?

Yes and No.
Yes, it's almost certainly possible to develop something with similar functionality to ShowEQ for other networked games.
No, it's not reasonably possible for ShowEQ to support other games directly. Every game has it's own networking protocols, packet structures and so on. Pretty much everything but the very basic packet sniffing and GUI code would have to be completely re-written for different games.
Also, different games send differing amounts of detail to the client, making ShowEQ like programs of less use than in games like EQ which still sends zone-wide information to the client. EQ2, for example, only sends details on spawns within a small area around the player.

Other issues with other games would be the security that they place around the networked data. SOE has done somethings in the past that made a completely passive sniffer impossible (ahh, the days of the keysniffer).

ah what a shame would make this game so much simpler or even giving downloadable maps that show stuff thats just normal spawns of rares or w.e
