In everyones opion what is the best OS to install seq on. I have been trying to get it working for week

I JUST WANT TO GET IT WORKING /EM SIGHS

redhat 7.2 is probably the easiest, but mandrake 8.1 is not far behind either. i personally use mdk 8.1, and i think its faster :)

Heh, I use MDK 8.1 also, but it seems that much of the support here is for RH7.2.... I think setup for the two distributions is almost identical.
