What are skittles, exactly? :|
I've just been using ShowEQ for mob/name locations. What else can it do (or, rather, which features of the FAQ aren't deprecated)?
While I'm embarrassing myself, where do these filter (XML) files go?

Skittles are the mob positions on the map ;)

Filters go in /~/.showeq/filters/

Ah, now I get it. The grey ones don't look too tasty though. ;)
Filters go in /~/.showeq/filters/Makes sense. The folder didn't exist initially so I thought I'd ask.
But seriously, what other features (other than mob/player/corpse locations) do you guys use regularly?

I don't really play anymore, but when I did I used the spell timers (when playing my enchanter) and the spawn timers a lot.

Main features for me are the mob list and map.
Spawn information is useful, like time till next and name of last spawn.
Another nice feature is tracking mob walk path.
Perhaps when things get stable again with ShowEQ, can submit suggestions for more features.

I run linux / Seq on a seperate monitor so having the full screen map + mobs is very nice. Can glance over and get a quick idea of where everything is at with out pulling up the in game map and losing sight of whats in front of me.
Though I have gotten kind of used to the MQ2 verion of the map, Seq is so much nicer. Thanks guys for getting things up and running again.
