Setting up Seq or showeq

Hi folks im new on the Forum and ive used Myseq Years ago and i just thought i would start useing it and since it comes in handy at some ecations.. was wondering if someone could tell me Exactly how to install it on my Vista computer the same i run EQ on.. Would be very nice.
