ShowEQ keeps losing the session

I can't seem to hold a connection for more than a couple minutes. When ShowEQ bugs out I get a flood of bad CRC warnings like this:

You're probably running a torrent/file sharing service and/or a voicechat thing as well - it confuses things.

Fortunately, this is an old problem - turn on Session tracking and it should fix it.

I was running Skype at the time. Things seem more stable now that session tracking is on. Thanks.

Is there a reason this isn't enabled by default?
