I'm currently running Vista.

I downloaded the .msi file, ran it, let it install. I ran the server file as administrator, and then ran the client file as admin. Everything works perfect 100% without any errors of any sort.

Maybe I'm blind or silly, I went ahead and installed 1.24. I can't for the life of me figure out how to make the spawn information window go away.

I guess my last change broke that spawn window going away. I got it fixed now though. Will try and push another version out later today. I have one other thing I am looking at first though.
