I recently upgraded to Fedora 12. Make sure you have the these files or run this command.
yum install qt qt-devel qt3 qt3-devel libpcap libpcap-devel
Also, I had ShowEQ running on Fedora 10, but when I did an in place upgrade using preupgrade I had to make sure the above files were installed, I would have sworn that they already were, shrug. After, the upgrade to 12, I had some but not all 6 of the above files. And thats all I needed to configure and install ShowEQ with Fedora 12.
