ShowEQ and the EQemu servers

Has anyone played with ShowEQ on the emulated servers? If so, does it work?

ShowEQ crashes a lot. There are few buffer overflows associated with some messages. It has to do with some of the formatting, which is not exactly like live, but the client doesn't care. Formatted messages are the worst though, they cause most of the crashes that I saw.
