Updated download

Has there been anything updated in the last few months, I think I have a well outdated install now, was just wondering if there was a new tarball or a diff patch instead of hours of trawing posts?

Unfortunately I have not had time to do it. My linux box is down and even though I was sent changes in the past, I have no way of testing them on the live to make sure it works.

If it helps any, I haven't made any changes since 5/28/11 and I think that was a few minor things from a 5/27 patch or possibly earlier by a couple days. Everything seems to be working other than an occasional insignificant error.
