Still unable to get preference changes to stick.

I moved this post here, I posted it in the wrong place:...
I did what you suggested, deleted pref.xml file and allowed it to recreate it. I then set my preferences and saved them. When I opened it up again, they were all as I had saved them! I thought I had it fixed, but when I reopened it today, same deal as below again:


Dunno what I am doing wrong, but I get a popup every time that says SEQ can't find my maps, switching to default. Maps are in installed in the default folder and stated as such in my options. Also SEQ never saves my preferences, I have to reload them every time, but it does remember my filters. Any ideas?

Any other ideas? I can get it to save my prefs once after I have recreated the pref.xml file, but the next time I open it, it gives me the same error and all my saved prefs are gone.

Only other thing I can think of is the ownership of the folders that it installed too. Make sure the user running it has adequate permissions to read and write to the folder.
