Server client Error

So i have it all up an running works like a champ except the server gose into not responding after 15sec everytime so i get a brief view of the zone im in and it all works for 15 sec then i hear a ping noise an mobs stop moving on client so i look at server an it says not responding have uninstalled reinstalled 5 times downloaded new netframe new offsets new filters im at a loss any ideas?

There has got to be a reason my server client crashes after about 20 seconds of working

Any chance you are running Windows 10? I have heard people recently having issues with a variety of older programs on it due to something called Data Execution Prevention.
