Error when trying to run showeq

showeq: error while loading shared libraries: libpcap.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I am a total noob at this but I have befuddled my way through it over the last 4 or 5 hours now and got everything installed to the best of my knowledge. Now when I run showeq from my showeq directory I get the above message. I have spent the last hour searching google and the forums and cannot find an answer. Can anyone give me a hand with this?

It is saying that there is no eth0. Some distributions use other terms for the network devices. Try doing an ifconfig and see if it is en0 or something similar.
