Character never loads on server.exe

I have everything setup. Having an issue with anything on the map to show up. and no data showing up for

Now on the server it shows some information.

Status: Connected
Patch: 3/12/2019
Zone:soldungb
Character:
IP Address:192.168.254.20

Every field is filled out on my server.exe application except "Character". It shows the Stats connected in green and the correct zone, It even pulls the map into the client showing the zone i am in.

any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated. I have attached a picture of my offsets and the programs all together.

Are you both on win 10 if So make sure your opening client.exe / server.exe with administrator privileges. Might help might not. Worth checking deffo. Also with win 10 make sure you have .net installed preferably the lower .nets as well as am sure the mule used them when he made the server and client.
