Screen Capture Program

Anyone know of a decent screen capture program for Redhat? I know this isn't exactly SEQ, but I want to get some screen shots of my SEQ so that I can show a couple of friends what I'm talking about...

If you use Gnome a program is probably installed already.

Right click the task bar and add the Screen-Shooter Applet.
